Flag Day

June 14

The American Flag was adopted on June 14, 1777. The Continental Congress resolved that the U.S. flag would consist of 13 alternating red and white stripes and 13 white stars on a blue field, representing a “new constellation”.

Today is a great day to work on patriotic themed projects and Quilts of Valor!
