DESCRIPTION:This quilting event has been held at the Eli Whitney Recreation Center since 1931. A combination quilt show and quilting bee\, anyone is invited to bring and display quilts\, old or new; bring a project to work on; or just come to look around. The community quilt is available for novice and experienced quilters alike to try their hand on.
